The LSB200 S-Beam Jr.® miniature load cell is a low-capacity sensor designed for both tension and compression force measurement and testing applications, with a fatigue-rated design. It can be configured with optional accessories including load plates, load buttons, hooks, and threaded adapters, allowing easy integration into a wide variety of applications.
The LSB200 is engineered for low-capacity, high-precision applications. Its compact size and lightweight construction allow it to be easily integrated into systems with limited space without adding significant weight or bulk. The spring element is manufactured from aerospace-grade 2024-T4 aluminum alloy, selected for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and superior fatigue resistance.

This model incorporates a mechanical overload stop capable of withstanding up to 1000% overload in both tension and compression applications, minimizing the risk of permanent deformation by limiting deflection.
