By buying an item, you are agreeing to all of our rules and policies, including the Logicbus Terms and Conditions listed below:

1. Orders acceptance and cancellations

All orders are subject to written acceptance by email confirmation. Entering a new purchase order request does not mean that it has already been processed, but rather until the customer makes the corresponding payment and subsequently receives an email informing them that their purchase is already being processed; in that notification you will find a section where the estimated shipping date of your order will be mentioned.

Orders accepted by Logicbus may be canceled by the Customer upon prior written consent of Logicbus and as long as an order is not classified as "NC/NR" or "Non-cancellable/Non-returnable", "Non-standard products". Non-standard products are defined as a special order products, custom orders, products not handled by the brands represented by Logicbus and requested by the customer, products not handled in stock, discontinued products or with special modifications. Non-standard products are non-cancelable and non-refundable products. In the case of cancellation for any reason without limiting any other procedure that Logicbus may establish for that process, for cancellation and re-storage; the customer will be charged for a 20% of all items listed on the purchase order and must be paid to Logicbus.

In the case of a request for return or return of equipment, it will be necessary to contact Logicbus to generate an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. This number must be obtained prior to the return of the material for a specific review of each case by Logicbus, since those equipment returned without an RMA number and prior confirmation will be rejected.

The returned equipment* must be received at the Logicbus facilities with freight prepaid by the sender and if the return of the material is accepted, the following rates will be applied as a cancellation charge, the minimum charge would be $150USD or the 20% of the value of the equipment (whichever is higher):

1-30 Days = 20%
31-60 Days = 40%
61-90 Days = 60%
91-120 Days = 80%

Customer's request for postponement or change of order date will be subject to review and written approval by Logicbus at its own discretion.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified in whole or in part after said order is already in process except with prior review and written authorization from Logicbus.

Product specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.

Customers with established credit: We accept purchase orders from those customers who have an established credit with us. If you are ordering online you will need to fill out your order with your company's order number and your online order will be processed immediately. Subsequently, we must receive the document issued by your company in our email [email protected]

2. Prices and orders

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Displayed prices apply only on prepaid orders.

The prices specified by Logicbus will be respected as published at the time of placing your purchase order.

The prices shown in the virtual store are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices do not include the the shipping fee, unless otherwise indicated.

Special prices for volume purchases will only be respected when the purchase is made for the specified amount of products in a single order.

Logicbus reserves the right to renegotiate price & delivery in the event that there are significant changes to quantity.

Prices are set forth in the quotation issued to Customer. All quotations expire fifteen (15) days from date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in the quotation.

All orders are subject to acceptance at the sole discretion of Logicbus.

Logicbus reserves the right to cancel any order if any information provided by the Customer is inaccurate.

3. Payment and invoicing

Payment is due at the time the order is placed.

Buyers may pay for their items using payment methods such as the following, the availability of which may vary:

  • Certain credit or debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal

The order will be canceled if full payment or in advance payment is not received within 10 business days.

NET30 payment term is accepted upon credit approval. Credit is subject to personalized evaluation.

Credit approval requires 15-30 business days.

Credit line is subject to change/evaluation annually.

If a customer is approved for credit, payment shall be due within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice (“Invoice Date”). Payment shall be in the currency listed on the Logicbus invoice.

Any payment you have made incorrectly or if you have returned any equipment, a letter will be requested on letterhead paper and signed by your finances department. explaining the situation, as well as the data for its return.

All returns and/or refunds will be made to the same account or card that issued the payment.

4. Delivery

Delivery time begins after receipt of order confirmation.

Shipping fees could be calculated after the PO is received.

All Logicbus shipments will be insured to the customer's address; this cost will be shown at the time of making your purchase.

Shipping times are according to the standards of the courier, depending on the destination, and occurs at any time of the day.

The shipment will try to be carried out as close as possible to what is indicated in the quotation, however, the customer is aware that these dates proposed by Logicbus are estimates and therefore Logicbus will not be responsible for failures in the delivery time.

It will be needed the customer to consider the estimated shipping times shown in the virtual store for each specific product or in a specific case. Confirm the estimated shipping date with one of the Logicbus agents when required.

The estimated shipping date for the customer will count from the date the purchase order is received in addition to the correponding payment.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect their shipment promptly upon receipt. You must notify in less than 48 hours after receiving it if there are any discrepancy or shortage in the shipment to the email [email protected] or by calling 619 616 7350 option 4. After this time, Logicbus is not responsible for any situation presented with the package.


  • May provide a FedEx/UPS account number, otherwise shipping charges will be prepaid and added to invoice.

  • Must provide specific shipping instructions; otherwise Logicbus will prepay and add UPS ground shipping (will beadded to invoice).

  • Customer in other country is responsible for all shipping and handling procedures, including fees, customs, formalities and clearance.

5.Return policy

Parts that are considered custom or modified builds, accessories, cables, services, consumables and software are non-returnable (NR)

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for Customers to return any Products.

Customers may return Products within thirty (30) days of the Invoice Date. The following conditions apply:

  1. Refunds and replacements:
    Due to the business model we use, Logicbus will try to keep the returns on a minimal basis unless there is a manufacturing defect. We also abide to our suppliers and manufacturer's Refund/replacement policy.

  2. Paypal service fee:
    Please note that Paypal does not offer a refund for the service fees they charge when a purchase is made. Therefore, after placing an order, if you change your mind and ask for a refund, we’ll deduct the service fee. For more information, please contact Paypal directly.

  3. 12 Hours rule:
    If something is wrong with your order, you have 12 hours to request a cancellation after your purchase payment. This means that we won't process your cancellation after 12 hours have passed. If you wish to return the item upon arrival, please check the section “e” of the return policy.

  4. Shipping fees:
    Under any circumstances, we will not cover the return shipping fee unless we find a manufacturing defect based on evidence sent by the customer.

  5. Refund after shipment:
    In the case that you want to return an unused/unopened item after the shipment, for any reason other than a defect; in that case, we will charge a 10% of your item cost as a restocking and administration fee after our technical support team reviews the item.

  6. Wrong shipping address:
    If you happen to enter a wrong shipping address during checkout or there isn't anyone at the shipping address to receive the delivery, and as a result your parcel returns to us, you will have to pay for an additional shipping fee. After this happens, if you decide to issue a refund, any shipping fee will be deducted. The 10% charge for restocking will also apply.

  7. Proof of defect:
    Before requesting a refund or replacement, the customer must send evidence of the defect or failure to the following email address: [email protected]

  8. Validation of billing and shipping address:
    If your billing address happens to be different from your shipping address, to protect our customers from fraudulent purchases, we have the right to ask you to validate your billing and shipping address before processing your order.


Prices exclude, and Customer is responsible for, any sales, use, service, value added, and taxes arising from the purchase of the Products and Services. If Customer is exempt from any Taxes, they must provide to Logicbus with the appropriate tax exemption documentation at the time the order is placed.

7. Limited Warranty

Logicbus transfers directly to the customer any warranty that Logicbus receives from the manufacturers of the products sold to the customer. Logicbus has no other warranty regarding the products except for the warranty extension policy that may be offered in your quote. The warranty will only apply to products purchased with Logicbus, and Logicbus is not responsible for any damage caused to third parties when using said product. The warranty does not apply to the consumables included in the equipment (ink, printing paper, batteries, etc.)

The warranty will not apply if the product has been misused, static discharged, neglected, accident, modified, or has been welded or altered in any way.

In the event that no failure is found linked to manufacturing defects, such as improper use or configurations, the diagnostic service will be charged at a cost of $100.00 USD + VAT, in addition to the customer must cover shipping costs if necessary.

In the case of a factory defect warranty, as long as the product has not received misuse, static discharge, negligence, accident, modification or has been welded or altered in any way, the repair or replacement will be made at no cost.

The RMA department will have the equipment for a maximum period of 90 days, starting from the date of notification, once the RMA process is completed, be it: Repair, Maintenance, Exchange or Return. After 30 days, 5% of the equipment cost will be charged for Storage every 30 days (maximum 60 days). In the event that the customer does not pay for the return shipping, does not indicate a shipping account for the return or does not pick up the equipment at our facilities within the maximum period indicated, the equipment will be sent to the abandoned products warehouse for donation or destruction and the right to claim is lost.

  • Procedure for guarantees/returns: You must contact your sales agent by phone or email with the situation that occurred. They will ask you for the details to process the guarantee or return. Once we have received your documentation and the warranty has been authorized by our technical support team, we will assign you a return number. To save you time when speaking, have all relevant information at hand.

After receiving the RMA number, follow these steps:

Preferably return the equipment in its original packaging.

Indicate outside the packaging in attention to your sales agent and assigned RMA number

Send us all documentation, cables and other components included with the original parts

Use appropriate packaging to avoid damage to equipment during shipping

Do not make partial shipments, it must be complete according to the RMA

Be sure to return the equipment to the agreed address

If you follow this procedure, your credit, replacement or exchange will not be delayed. Shipments that do not follow the procedure will be returned to the sender and/or re-storage costs will be incurred.

8. Proprietary rights

Any intellectual property including hardware and software will be in compliance with copyright and intellectual property rights.

9. Termination/Cancellation

*Special/Quantity orders are NCNR (non-refundable/non-cancelable).

10. Limitation of Liability

The remedies of purchaser set forth herein are exclusive, and the total liability of Logicbus with respect to this order, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, indemnification, strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the component upon which liability is based. In no event shall Logicbus be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or special consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of its products in any way.

Under no circumstances will Logicbus be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages of any nature, including, and not limited to, damages for loss of profit or utility, repair costs, adjustments for service interruptions or downtime, testing, installation charges. or uninstallation, cost of substitute product, property damage, personal injury, death or legal expenses.

All our products are for commercial use only. Logicbus will not be liable for any damage caused by the misuse of the distributed items.

Logicbus doesn't manufacture nor participate in the engineering and design of the products, therefore if an item is purchased:

  1. The customer agrees that the usage of every product is under the customer's own risk.

  2. The customer agrees to exclude Logicbus and the manufacturer from any fee, loss, expense, responsibility or additional cost coming from the usage or re-selling of the product.

11. Country Restrictions

Due to some country restrictions, the availability of certain products displayed on the web page will have to be verified before making a purchase. Logicbus may cancel any order if this lineament is not followed.

12. Statements and Reccomendations

If a statement or recommendation, technical or otherwise, is offered or given to a customer, such statement or recommendation will be given as a benefit and free of charge.

Logicbus shall have no liability or responsibility for the content or use of such statement or recommendation. Logicbus technical support is provided by telephone or email, therefore, extremely limited in its scope which makes it impossible for us to directly participate in the design of a customer's product. We do not conduct or perform feasibility studies or engineering reviews of the products we market, nor do we do so for final manufacture's products.

13. General

The terms and conditions may not be modified or canceled without prior written authorization from Logicbus. Therefore, any sale of products or services by Logicbus will be governed by the terms and conditions written here.

14. Typographical errors

If any listed product is incorrectly priced due to typographical errors, system errors, or errors in pricing information received from our manufacturers, Logicbus shall have the right to reject or cancel any purchase order placed for the incorrectly priced listed product.

Logicbus will also have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not this order is confirmed and charged to your credit card. If your credit card is already charged for the purchase of an order canceled due to pricing errors, Logicbus may immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

15. Accordance

The POLICIES published on the site and in this document are subject to change, so we suggest our CUSTOMERS to review this information before making their purchase.

Likewise, our CUSTOMER, when placing their order and making the payment, expresses their full knowledge and compliance with the POLICIES established here.
