LTH300, 250 lb, Through Hole Donut/Washer Load Cell, 1/4 in (6.35 mm) inside diameter, RoHS compliant, manufactured from 17-4 PH stainless steel, with 29 AWG 4-conductor spiral shielded Teflon cable, 10 ft (3.05 m) long.

The LTH300 Through Hole Donut/Washer Load Cell is a miniature, low-profile sensor designed for compression applications requiring the load structure to pass through the sensor, such as bolt clamping force measurement.

The LTH300 features compact dimensions, lightweight construction, and a flexible inner diameter, enabling seamless integration into space-constrained systems without adding significant bulk to the assembly.

Its custom full-bridge strain gauge configuration and unique monolithic gauge design minimize output errors caused by extraneous or off-axis loads. Low power consumption makes it ideal for battery-powered applications and systems where minimizing heat generation is essential.

Manufactured from durable 17-4 PH stainless steel, the sensor operates over a temperature range of -60 °F to 200 °F (-50 °C to 93 °C), making it well suited for demanding industrial environments.

Its nominal deflection of only 0.001 in (0.025 mm) provides an exceptionally fast dynamic response for high-speed force measurement applications. The load cell is RoHS compliant and incorporates a reinforced strain relief cable to improve mechanical protection and signal integrity.
