Application Use
The LTH300 Through Hole Donut/Washer Load Cell is a miniature, low-profile sensor designed for compression applications requiring the load structure to pass through the sensor, such as bolt clamping force measurement.
Design
The LTH300's compact dimensions, light weight, and flexible inner diameter enable seamless integration into space-constrained setups without adding significant bulk to the assembly.
The custom full bridge strain gauge and unique monolithic gauge design reduce output errors caused by extraneous or off-axis loads, providing accurate and repeatable measurements.
Its low power consumption makes it ideal for battery-operated applications or setups where minimizing heat generation is crucial.
A durable 17-4 PH stainless steel construction and an operating temperature range of -60°F to 200°F (-50°C to 93°C) make it ideal for demanding industrial environments.
Its nominal deflection of only 0.001 in (0.025 mm) provides a fast dynamic response and high natural frequency, making it suitable for dynamic measurement applications.
The load cell is RoHS compliant and includes a strain relief cable for enhanced mechanical protection and signal integrity.
