Model LCM550 is an In-Line Load Cell built for endurance testing, press, and inline force measurement applications. The standard LCM550 features a rugged 17-4 PH stainless steel construction, male threads on both ends, and a 10 ft (3.05 m) long 24 AWG 4-conductor shielded PVC cable.
This load cell offers a compact yet robust design with a height of 6.0 in (152.4 mm) and a diameter of 1.6 in (40.6 mm). It is also available with externally matched output options and metric thread configurations. For additional capacity ranges, please refer to the LCM500 or LCM525 models.
The LCM550 provides high accuracy and excellent mechanical stiffness, featuring a nonlinearity of ±0.2% and a nominal deflection of 0.005 in (0.127 mm), making it suitable for demanding force measurement applications.
The standard LCM550 can be modified or customized to meet specific application requirements. Most models are available from inventory for shipment within 24 hours.
