1-Wire Waterproof Temperature and Humidity Sensor
TSH231 is a waterproof temperature and humidity sensor with a 1-Wire interface designed for reliable environmental monitoring in industrial, outdoor, and vehicle applications. It provides accurate and stable measurements in installations that require IP54-level protection.
A precision capacitive element measures humidity, while a bandgap-based sensor measures temperature. Internal electronics digitize both signals using a 12-bit ADC, ensuring stable long-term performance in demanding conditions.
TSH231 replaces the previous TSH230 model and maintains full functional compatibility with existing 1-Wire monitoring systems.
TSH231 communicates over a 1-Wire bus and supports multi-sensor wiring on the same line. Each unit includes a unique 64-bit serial identifier, allowing compatible controllers to automatically recognize and manage multiple sensors within a single monitoring system.
The rugged IP54 enclosure protects the device against dust and water sprays, making it suitable for outdoor and mobile installations. A cable gland with locknut and screwless terminal block simplify installation and ensure secure long-term operation.
The sensor integrates easily with supported monitoring platforms and is suitable for both new installations and retrofit projects.
