The LTH500 model is a donut-type load cell designed for inline compression or press applications. The standard LTH500 donut-type load cell features a highly robust construction available in 17-4 PH stainless steel, with an ID range from 1/8" to 1 1/4" and a 10-foot long, 4-conductor, 24 AWG shielded Teflon cable. External matched output options are also available. The donut load cell offers high precision and stiffness. It has a non-linearity of ±0.5%, a nominal deflection of 0.002", and an operating temperature range of -60 °F to 200 °F. The standard LTH500 donut-type load cell can be modified or customized to meet your requirements, and most capacities are available in our inventory, making them available for 24-hour shipping. Like all our load cell products, this model is manufactured in the USA and utilizes foil strain gauge technology.
