Industrial Relay Controller 8-Channel SPDT + 8-Channel ADC
The ProXR Industrial Relay Controller is a powerful and versatile device designed to control 8 on-board SPDT relays, each capable of handling up to 5 Amps of current. The relays offer three screw terminals for normally open, common, and normally closed contact closure relay output connections. With a modular communications interface, this controller supports a wide range of communication modules, including USB, RS-232, Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth, and Industrial Wireless.
In addition to relay control, this controller features an integrated 8-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) capable of 8 or 10-bit resolution, ideal for monitoring external sensors or connecting buttons and switches. The ADC inputs can be configured to manually control relays, allowing relays to toggle states, flash, or switch on/off in response to external inputs. For larger applications, the XR Expansion Port allows seamless integration of additional relay controllers, including solid-state relays, DPDT relays, and high-power relays.
