The components of data acquisition systems include appropriate sensors that convert any measurement parameter into an electrical signal, which is acquired through the data acquisition hardware, then displayed, analyzed, and stored either on a standalone device or on a PC.
The Graphtec data logger provides a testing and measurement tool for a wide range of real-world physical measurement applications. One of the main benefits of using data loggers is the ability to automatically collect data every hour or day. Once activated, data loggers are typically deployed and left unattended to measure and record information throughout the monitoring period. This allows for a complete and accurate picture of the environmental conditions being monitored, such as temperature, voltage, humidity, etc. Graphtec data loggers can be powered by an AC adapter or battery, making them portable. They are also equipped with a microprocessor and store all sensor data in internal memory for data storage.
Our devices are inherently standalone units with built-in memory used to store acquired signal data. They are multichannel instruments and support unattended logging and remote applications for the analysis of real-world signals and phenomena. Data loggers allow access to wireless communications for event analysis, automatic alarm data reporting, and remote unit control via a wired or wireless LAN. With an internal web page and email alert functionality, along with FTP backup storage, recorded data can be viewed in multiple ways, enabling meaningful analysis and offering a fast and versatile solution for general-purpose data acquisition.
