The Z-LTE-WW is SENECA’s high-end datalogger designed to meet the growing demands of real-time data acquisition, analysis, and integration with industrial automation and monitoring systems. Developed for Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things (IoT) applications, it combines advanced connectivity, flexible control capabilities, and reliable remote monitoring.
The unit features a high-performance 4G LTE World-Wide modem, integrated GPS receiver, and 4 communication ports including Ethernet 10/100, RS232/RS485, RS485, and MicroUSB. It also integrates 8 onboard I/O channels consisting of 4 digital inputs/counters/totalizers, 2 analog inputs, and 2 digital outputs.
The Z-LTE-WW supports FTP, SMTP, SMTPS, HTTP REST, HTTPS, ModBUS RTU, ModBUS TCP/IP, and SMS communication protocols, enabling seamless integration with SCADA systems, cloud platforms, PLCs, HMIs, and third-party applications.
Configurable as a Master unit for SENECA Z-PC distributed I/O systems, the datalogger provides maximum interoperability with industrial devices and external systems. It supports multiple SIM card types, includes 8 MB Flash memory, and features a microSD slot expandable up to 32 GB.
A built-in UPS ensures up to 1 hour of operating autonomy during primary power failures, while the multitasking real-time operating system guarantees reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
The platform also provides open and flexible programming through the SeAL development environment, integrated web server, mobile application for iOS and Android, and Log Factory software for data import and visualization.
When combined with SENECA Cloud BOX solutions, the Z-LTE-WW enables advanced cloud-based monitoring through responsive web pages with customizable dashboards and widgets.
