The USB-501-PRO is a battery-powered recorder for measuring and recording temperatures within the range of -40 to +125 ° C (-40 to 257 ° F) with a rugged stainless steel body. It is a temperature recorder exclusively.
With the software included in the series of USB-500 recorders you can select the sampling range, start time, registration mode and how to download and analyze the data. This autonomous recorder measures and stores up to 32,510 temperature readings.
The user can install the recorder and view the downloaded data by simply connecting it to a USB port on the PC using the included software. Then the data can be plotted, printed and exported to Excel or to other applications such as csv files.
The USB-501-PRO recorder includes a long-life lithium battery that allows it to operate for up to three years depending on the sampling rate and temperature.

The USB-501-PRO recorder will work in extreme temperatures, however, many batteries will not work at extreme temperatures. Serious injuries can be caused if the replacement battery is not designed to be used within the full range of operation of the USB-501-PRO recorder.
