1 GHz active probe for use with the SIGLENT SDS5000X/SDS6000A series of oscilloscopes. The SAP1000 probe have been designed for use with Siglent’s SDS5000X and SDS6000A platforms equipped with the SAPBus interface. When you attach the probe output connector to the oscilloscope’s input connector, the oscilloscope recognizes the probe, and provides proper termination.
