The Industrial IoT Wireless Vibration Temperature Sensor V3 is an advanced solution for monitoring vibration and temperature in industrial environments. Packed with features such as acceleration calculation, velocity measurement, and time-domain data analysis for FFT, this sensor offers exceptional performance and configurability. Data aggregation intervals can be set between 1 and 10 seconds, tailored to specific application needs.
The sensor samples 2048 data points for each axis and calculates RMS and maximum vibration readings. This data is combined with temperature measurements into a packet and transmitted wirelessly to modems and gateways. After completing its transmission, the sensor enters a low-power sleep mode to conserve energy.
Powered by two AA batteries, this sensor boasts a remarkable 10-year battery life, depending on environmental factors and data transmission frequency. It also features an open communication protocol, ensuring seamless integration with control systems, gateways, and platforms such as PCs, Raspberry Pi, Losant IoT cloud, Microsoft® Azure® IoT, and embedded systems. Free Node-RED monitoring software is available for adjusting sensor parameters and transmission settings wirelessly.
