LCF451, 1000 lb, Low Profile Universal Pancake Load Cell for Fatigue, RoHS Compliant, Material: 2024-T4, 5/8-18 Thread, 6-Pin Bendix Receptacle, PT02E-10-6P The LCF451 Pancake Load Cell (tension base) is the fatigue-rated version of the LCF450. Similar to the LCF450, the Pancake Load Cell (fatigue-rated) is designed for tension and compression applications. The flexor has eight bolt holes along its outer diameter to facilitate mounting. It is available in anodized aluminum for lower capacities (250 lb - 1000 lb) and stainless steel 17-4 for higher capacities (2500 lb - 5000 lb). With such a wide capacity range, this model is ideal for both low and high-capacity applications. You'll also find options available for metric threads and an amplified version.
The Pancake Load Cell offers high precision. It has a non-linearity of ±0.1%, an operating temperature range of -60 °F to 200 °F, and a nominal deflection of 0.002” to 0.005”.
