EDGE In-Situ Cellular – Concrete Curing and Environmental Monitoring with Dual Connectivity
The EDGE In-Situ Cellular supports dual communication via WiFi and LTE-M cellular network, with automatic switchover to cellular when WiFi becomes unavailable, such as during power outages that affect network routers. It also includes location logging for mobile or geolocated applications.
Designed for concrete curing and environmental monitoring, this device measures ambient and in-slab temperature and humidity, as well as drying direction, fully compliant with ASTM F2170 for in-situ RH measurement. It features a flood sensor input, e-ink display, LED indicator, buzzer (audible alarm), and USB-C power port for continuous operation, generating both audible and visual alerts upon power loss or restoration.
Thanks to LoggerFlex Cloud, the device enables drying insights, mold alerts, and field-ready reporting in real time, with notifications sent via SMS, phone call, and email. BLE setup and a 1-year battery life make it ideal for restoration contractors, engineers, insurance reporting, and construction sites where WiFi is unreliable or unavailable.
